PRIMEFLOW IRRIGATION

TERMS OF SERVICE

By approving an estimate, scheduling service, paying a deposit, or authorizing work, the customer agrees to the following terms:

SCOPE OF WORK

PrimeFlow Irrigation will perform only the work described in the approved estimate or work order. Any additional repairs, materials, labor, code requirements, or conditions discovered after work begins are outside the original scope and may require customer approval and additional charges.

ESTIMATES AND APPROVAL

Estimates are based on visible and reasonably accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may change if concealed damage, incorrect wiring, buried components, root intrusion, deteriorated piping, undocumented modifications, or other unforeseen conditions are discovered. Estimates remain valid for the period stated on the estimate.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Any required deposit must be paid before materials are ordered or work is scheduled. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion. Customers may not withhold payment because of unrelated work, preexisting conditions, or items outside the approved scope. Returned payments, chargebacks, collection costs, and legally permitted fees may be charged to the customer.

CHANGE ORDERS AND ADDITIONAL WORK

Additional work will be performed only after authorization from the customer or an authorized representative. Approval may be provided through Jobber, email, text message, recorded telephone authorization, or a signed change order. Approved additional work will be added to the final invoice.

PROPERTY ACCESS

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, irrigation controller, water source, electrical equipment, valves, pumps, and other relevant components. The customer is responsible for securing pets, unlocking gates, obtaining property or association approval, and notifying PrimeFlow Irrigation of access restrictions before arrival.

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND PRIVATE ITEMS

The customer must identify private or unmarked underground items, including landscape lighting, drainage systems, pool lines, septic components, invisible fencing, low-voltage wiring, privately installed utilities, and other concealed improvements. PrimeFlow Irrigation is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly marked or disclosed.

LANDSCAPING AND SURFACE DISTURBANCE

Irrigation work may require digging, trenching, cutting roots, lifting sod, or disturbing mulch, soil, plants, pavers, artificial turf, edging, concrete, or other surfaces. Reasonable care will be taken, but exact restoration or replacement is not included unless specifically listed in the estimate. PrimeFlow Irrigation is not responsible for ordinary settling, discoloration, or cosmetic differences following excavation.

EXISTING AND CONCEALED CONDITIONS

PrimeFlow Irrigation is not responsible for preexisting defects, improperly installed equipment, code violations, hidden leaks, brittle piping, corroded wiring, failing pumps, contaminated water, excessive iron, pressure fluctuations, clogged intake lines, damaged well or lake components, or problems that could not reasonably be identified during the initial inspection.

Repairing one component does not guarantee that other parts of the system will not fail. Additional problems may become visible only after water pressure or electrical operation is restored.

SYSTEM TESTING

When conditions permit, repaired areas and accessible system components will be tested after service. Testing may be limited by water restrictions, inadequate pressure, unavailable electrical power, weather, inaccessible areas, controller problems, or unrelated system failures. A follow-up visit may be required and may involve an additional charge when the limitation is outside PrimeFlow Irrigation’s control.

WATER COVERAGE AND LANDSCAPE CONDITIONS

Sprinkler coverage and performance may be affected by water pressure, flow availability, plant growth, roots, wind, soil conditions, grade changes, municipal restrictions, well or lake conditions, and alterations made after service. PrimeFlow Irrigation does not guarantee plant or turf survival unless a separate written guarantee is provided.

ELECTRICAL, WATER, WELL, AND LAKE SYSTEMS

The customer is responsible for providing functional and legally compliant electrical and water sources. PrimeFlow Irrigation is not responsible for water quality, staining, sediment, iron content, fluctuating lake levels, dry wells, contaminated water, pump damage caused by loss of prime, or debris entering through an existing intake system unless correction of that specific condition is included in the approved scope.

MATERIALS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Specified materials may be replaced with reasonably comparable products when the original product is unavailable, discontinued, or delayed. Any substitution that materially changes the price or system performance will require customer approval.

WARRANTY

Any applicable workmanship or manufacturer’s warranty will be stated in writing on the estimate, work order, or invoice. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, vandalism, freezing, lightning, power surges, water-quality damage, root intrusion, improper operation, work performed by others, or failures unrelated to PrimeFlow Irrigation’s completed work.

Warranty service does not include correcting preexisting problems or repairing components that were not included in the original scope. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s requirements and limitations.

CANCELLATIONS AND SCHEDULING

The customer should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling service. Special-order materials, completed administrative work, mobilization, diagnostic services, and labor already performed remain chargeable. Scheduling may be affected by weather, emergencies, material availability, permitting, site conditions, or circumstances beyond PrimeFlow Irrigation’s reasonable control.

PERMITS AND ASSOCIATION APPROVALS

Unless specifically included in writing, the customer is responsible for permits, association approvals, property-management authorization, and compliance requirements applicable to the property. Work requiring additional licensing, engineering, permitting, or another specialty contractor may be excluded or subcontracted as legally permitted.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND SERVICE RECORDS

PrimeFlow Irrigation may take photographs or videos of equipment and work areas for documentation, estimating, warranty, training, and service-record purposes. Customer-identifying images will not be used for public marketing without permission.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by law, PrimeFlow Irrigation’s responsibility is limited to correcting defective work it directly performed or the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. PrimeFlow Irrigation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including water charges, landscape loss, business interruption, or damage caused by an existing system failure.

CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the scope, pricing, exclusions, and these Terms of Service and has authority to authorize work at the property. Electronic approval and electronic signatures carry the same intent as handwritten approval.
